Our Policies

Check In . Please check in at The Aquatic Zone Swim School Office each time you arrive for a swim lesson. We will give your swimmer their fish swim token and give you any necessary information relating to your swimmer's time at our swim school.

Monthly Payment Details… We offer three forms of payment: Check, Visa or MasterCard. All accounts will be due on the 20th of each month for the upcoming month. Late Fee’s of $25 per month will added to payments made after the 10th of each month. The fee for a returned check is $30.00.

Make Up Lessons … In order to maintain the integrity and quality of our swimming lessons,we do not offer make up lessons in our regular classes. We have found make up lessons to be more of an interruption to the learning process of the class than a benefit to the swimmer. Thank you for allowing us to offer the highest quality lesson possible in teaching your children to swim. We offer 15 minute Semi Private swim for each class on Friday’s from 3pm – 7pm and on Saturday afternoons. You will need to sign up IN ADVANCE. You can carry these make ups over for your added convenience. If the make up lesson is cancelled, there will be no make up available. There are no make up lessons for scheduled make up classes.

Vacation/Extended Absence… If your family will be away for longer than a week, we offer a vacation holding fee. This fee holds your spot in the swim lesson and guarantees it will be there upon your return. Please let us know in advance that you will be gone so that we can adjust your monthly bill correctly. The fee is $6 per lesson.

Refunds… We do not offer make up’s, refunds, or credits for missed lessons unless there is a pool closure beyond our control at which time a credit will be applied to your account and deducted from your next month’s payment.

Withdrawals… If you wish to withdraw from swimming lessons, please stop by our office and fill out the withdrawal form. This form needs to be turned into the office 10 days in advance of dropping out.

Swim Diapers… Swim Diaper’s must be worn in the pool by ALL children 3 & younger who are not potty trained.
