Annual Registration Fees	..............................	$15 per child or $25 per family
1 x a Week	..............................	$52 per month
2 x a Week	..............................	$96 per month
3 x a Week	..............................	$144 per month
Private 1 x a Week	..............................	$140 per month
Lap Swim	..............................	$40 or $10 per swim
Sibling Discount:	..............................	-$5 off 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th child

Payment Information:

1. Payments are due before the 1st of the upcoming month.
2. Payments after the 10th will incur a $25 late fee.
3. No Refunds.

Make Up Lesson Information:

1. One make up lesson per child per month
**No make ups for private or semi private lessons.
2. The make up lesson can be scheduled 1 week in advance.
3. Ask front desk for available schedule.

Swim Lesson Withdrawal Information:

Fill out form 10 days before the month you will be dropping or there will be $25.00 added. Our front desk will be happy to assist you with this process.
